William Hague has made a first-class speech on the EU Constitution which is available in full from EU Referendum (here). This is a thoughtful and careful analysis of the defects (or, should one say, gaping holes?) in the Government’s case against a referendum. It is ten pages long, but to anyone wishing to have a clear explanation of where we currently stand on the issue, this is as good as you could wish for and will repay the reading in full.
